UNIABUJA Centre for Distance Learning Set to Resume Academic Activities as NUC Lifts Ban

The Centre for Distance Learning (CDL), of the
University of Abuja is set to resume activities
as the suspension placed on it by the
National University Commission has been
lifted.
This was made known by the Vice Chancellor,
of UNIABUJA, Prof. Michael Adikwu, while
answering questions from newsmen.
According to him, the institution had fulfilled
most of the conditions under which the
programme was suspended.
It was learnt that the institution will advertise
for admission into the programme in
accordance with laid down rules.
However, the CDL cannot offer all the courses
now as there are still other things NUC
wanted the institution to do so that the
scope of CDL would be enlarged.
